# About Ruler

How Ruler produces its content, how it handles AI, and the assurance behind the platform.

Ruler is built on two things: automated collection of regulatory sources, and a legal editorial team that reads, assesses and publishes what those sources produce. This section explains how that works, what it means for the reliability of what you see in Ruler, and which policies and assurance reports stand behind it.
